Yann Tiersen este un compozitor francez, recunoscut pentru imbinarea mai multor instrumente in compunenerea melodiilor sale. In anul 2001 a compus coloana sonora a fimului francez "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain (Amélie)". In piesa "Le Valse D'Amélie" instrumentul predominant este acordeonul.
